FEWZEN AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ARE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR RELIABLE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FEWZEN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in London, United Kingdom, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the United Kingdom.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fewzen AI regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Fewzen AI relating to your use of the Services.
